Live Well

What is Live Well?

The Live Well programme is a weight management service for patients aged 18 years and older, who are registered at an East Riding GP surgery and who have as BMI of 45.0 or above. It is a 26 week programme that helps develop a healthier lifestyle to suit you.

As part of Live Well, you will be working with our fitness professionals each week for at least six months.

You will get personalised activities to suit you, healthy eating and nutrition advice when completing a food diary, regular progress monitoring and you'll be given a free pass for a family member or friend to visit the leisure centre with you.

Personalised workouts designed for you with a fitness professional.

Discount to join after the scheme

Get discounts on selected memberships when you complete.

To join this scheme, you need to be referred by one of the following:

  • East Riding GPs
  • Specialised Nurses
  • Consultants
  • Physiotherapist
  • Occupational Therapist

To get a written referral, book an appointment with one of the above practitioners and ask about the HealthiER programmes at East Riding Leisure.
